Aloofus is getting crowd habituated now...

Although he shuns contact initiated by those that would only wish to love and reach for him, the White Wolf is doing well.

Yes, those who aren't familiar with a socialized, but originally wild animal, will call him "spooked." In comparison to a domestic dog he is dysfunctional skittish.

In actuality, he's just very careful, not that afraid, but extremely cautious. The first encounters with humans at 20 weeks were not good. He associates people reaching for him with bad news. The fact is, as I stated before, that it was 4 months before he let me touch him first time.

He also tore into my face when I asked for him to handed over to me upon meeting, when he was initially left with us. I knew then that he was going to be a problem. I honestly tried to find a good home for him for about a year after we moved to the city. Finally he began to bond and I got to understand and love him deeply. Now he is my furry soul. If Rolly hadn't been around then, I would never have been able to bridge the gap.

All my dogs have taught me, but this one more about life and relationships and communication than I had learned in all the time before we met. Aloofus is really very sweet inside, but cautious.

Must I and others cater to the unreasonable fears of others?

The situation was one of a person having unreasonable fears of my dog off leash. My dog does not go near people, so I found this person's intrusion into my peaceful world, a law induced and encouraged act of social hatred.

This person harangued me mercilessly. yet I had done nothing to her, except walk by. My dog stays put where I tell him and is not in the least interested in her, nor anyone. If approached, he runs.

Therefore without any intrusion into her space, I demand the right to walk by peacefully. People who have unreasonable hatred or fears of dogs should deal with it.

I have a well grounded, scientifically substantiated fear of the burning of fossil fuels and what that will do to the environment and the chances for the survival of my offspring. I have personally given up my addiction to gasoline four years ago, and wish to breath clean air. Let's cater to that first, please!

Leash laws? Fack off and pick up the crap that comes out of tailpipes, first! Before city/state harassment of my dog can occur over something the has been a normal part of human canine co-existence for at least one half million years without any serious problem, I want something done about the motor vehicle, which is proving to be the end of human existence in 80 years.

I demand something be done about the real threats to me. I'm tired of catering to the lowest bovine denominator by our politicians, so that these lack luster corrupt morons can keep choking the life out of my society with poor legislation spurred on by inciting fools into hatred and then catering to that while their business friend's investments soar keeping pollution intact.

Only recently did Canada spend more than 20 billion dollars to cater to GWB's unreasonable fears of terrorism. These supporters of social fear mongering are christians who don't mind killing a million Iraqis to placate their propaganda induced fears. Nor spending a trillion dollars to create more instability, instead of following what it says in their bible-- turn the other cheek, make peace- war begets only war. What ye soweth, so shall ye reap.

There is never a need to cater to another's unreasonable fears. Let them deal with them, otherwise we have the rule of those who enjoy hating. Eh, Mr. Harper? Politicians who use the lever of fear are not to be trusted.

Harper's campaign office is filled with haters, run by fraudsters like Mr. Emerson.

If my dog and I walk by someone and they make a fuss about being afraid of my dog, even after we are far past them, I see an oppressive idiot trying to assert their illusions into my world. This is not on! when my dog and I have walked by them in peaceful innocence. Not for the votes of the "law" abiding orientals will I cater too this idiocy.

I don't trust people who eat dogs and try to make me and my dog out as a problem because of their social training. Not on. You want the freedom to drive a polluting vehicle in my environment I will have the right to keep my dog in peace!

A political Wolf in Kits, Vancouver

Aloofus was happiest today of all the days on the campaign trail so far. He played with Murto (looks a bit like this one in the photo) an old buddy half his age.

He was free to socialize in several parks. For him that's what it's all about. It was a perfect day weather wise. The sun was out and cumis were forming in the morning over the North Shore Mountains. they dissipated in the afternoon and there was a nice sea breeze keeping things fresh.

Many people were toking up in an open, but not blatant manner. None were a threat to me or anyone! some had beers and were responsible as well.

Peace to all of you and thanks for your support. Sorry the White Wolf is so shy. Nothing personal. Thanks for understanding.

A Kitsilano Wolf named Jake

Sorry about not putting up Jake sooner, R, but I couldn't find the download until now, being in some folder I wasn't aware of.

Jake is also terminally beautiful as we can see.

I think we have met before, maybe with someone else and Jake?

He's got the Salmon berry nose color, too! Man is he ever special!

A Wolf's daily journey begins with a few hugs!

When I get up and go out to greet my White Wolf, he is always in a happy mood. He likes a long tour of his favorite haunts.

"There are stories to be lived! come on let's go!"

His contagious joy of life tugs at my spirit, freshening it for the day.

One of the White Wolf's GF fed me too, today!

He is bonus good Karma!

Thanks Delia for the handouts. She is a lovely neighbor whom I've talked to on occasion because she was another one of Al's many gift bearing GFs.

Today, Delia gave him a brimming 2 lbs of cut up Bologna, some Chunks of ham, Salami and beef. She gave me also 4 nice ham and cheese sandwiches which I have already dug into, adding some lettuce and Condiments. Um Um In my life recently, Native neighbors have been the most generous.

Turns out her husband's name is Klaus, too, and parlays the German! She has promised to introduce him soon. Such a great conversation piece my White Wolf is. My life is brimming with good karma although I am poor, because of him.

I used to think that was impossible, happiness without money!

There are good cops everywhere doing good work. All you need to do with anyone to get the best response is respect them. That can save your life in today's world where cops can be stressed, plus poorly vetted for the job.

They are armed and some are itching to use their weapons, given a half chance.

Best not to escalate a situation. That doesn't mean you have to be intimidated by them either. Although I get pretty abusive verbally when someone gets that way with me, violence doesn't enter my brain. Unless it's to defend myself. Then there will be no holds barred.

It was like the White Wolf, today, at the lake. He had tooth to tooth, tete et tete. The younger guy was alpha but mine broke off and came to me as soon as the other guy's owner stood in. (Too soon I thought-M was watching and thought she saw him knee him roughly- I saw a male rough alpha play gesture.) I like our independent friendship with the love of animals in common.

She is also quite the activist and politically aware, from the sounds her stories of protest. Not many, (she's not as self promoting as I am) but still we are in the same groove--left of center.

I told her as she helped me stuff flier with leaflets, that she brought to mind a fantasy of political campaigning that anyone might have, especially a writer, about having intelligent, pretty, young, idealistic women in my circles.

I almost sound like that Nobel prize winner (a while back) who said the same thing on As it Happens, Radio One, CBC,

"What finer things in life are there, Micheal, than beautiful, intelligent young women and Psychedelic drugs?"

The White Wolf was pure joy today, meeting my expectations

Are these off duty cops? (of course all cops don't hunt or are corrupt--sometimes it just feels that way--sorry to those who are good people- you have to be special to remain fair and compassionate in this job, too bad many lose their humanity quickly and consider us the enemy-get off supporting the prohibition policies and stay neutral, you will gain much support from a largely law abiding but oppressed segment of society)

Knowing the depth of emotional sophistication of my White Wolf, I cry when I look at this picture.

These two people are probably not cops, but they enjoy killing for pleasure. That statement is written all over their faces. It is from this pool that our police are hired, this I know!

Read on to find out why I have issues with policing, and those who kill or injure for sport! The VPD doesn't protect the poor of the city and enjoys taking a tough approach, encouraged through the breaking of the police act (2007-3940 OPCC file), by Jim Chu, Chief VPD, for the obstruction of Justice, supporting the shooter of Paul Boyd before an investigation was even started.

The bovines who support this hard line idiocy are happy when the police take a trophy and may not feel it important, but to me the loss of Paul Boyd will never be impartially investigated. His loved ones will feel his loss as I would the loss of my wolf to some smiling trophy hunters. The eyewitness account (uncontrolled by the police) right after the shooting said that Paul had his hands up and that there was no reason to shoot 9 shots endangering many citizens. Did the shooter want to execute a citizen for injuring a cop and teach people a lesson not to fack with cops? It is a valid question. There certainly was no reason to poison the investigation by the chief. Even I had the smarts not to write anything until long after the Chief obstructed justice. It was his legal duty to say, "The matter is still under investigation, therefore I can NOT comment."

Like all my other dogs, Aloofus kept his distance and let me deal with the targeted assault on me today. I am the alpha in my pack and take all action, make all decisions. And people are true morons if they think that their dogs should get involved or encourage them to. This makes for dangerous unpredictable dogs and will lead to the death of the dog.

Rather than have to worry about his reaction getting involved, he let me deal with it. I had his leash and used it to defend myself swinging it with intent to injure, at the guy's head. I'll not trust the police to protect me again, since I charged four of them for breach of trust, for failing to protect me, take a single note and ignore a witness to believe the perp and his gf who was the building manager. This allowed her to torment me through attempted evictions until I got her fired and the threatening goon left the building, all so that they could pretend that they did a proper job. The police don't protect the poor, but do like taking trophies--my hat is still in the evidence room. Also the OPCC protects the police, even if they commit murder!

I have posted a few times before, that I hoped that this would be my White Wolf's reaction in a tense human situation, not wanting to lose him if he got involved. He is completely safe and the todo didn't require anyone else, but me.

Read some of my true encounters with the RCMP.

I post everywhere and some are targeted and retracted by the police as you can see when you try to google them.

I still haven't seen a cop for the assault on me, it's not important enough, by the looks of it.

"This last statement has to be revised to my great relief (because if we don't have the police doing a proper job to turn to, we have no security and must arm ourselves---Thanks Constable Holtz)"

The VPD is often busy trophy hunting, though.
